This Privacy Policy describes how Spooky Cool Labs, LLC (henceforward "Spooky", or in grammatical context "We", "Us", "Our", or the like) collects and uses the personal information you, the user (referred to hereinafter in grammatical context as "You", "Your" or the like), provide through Our game. SPOOKY RECEIVES ONLY INFORMATION CONSISTING OF THE TRANSACTION AMOUNT AND THE GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED FOR THE GIVEN USER.

HOW IS INFORMATION COLLECTED

Upon Access to the game: Subject to Your privacy and account settings with a host provider, Spooky obtains the basic information indicated above when You access the game. Given Your permissions, such information is automatically shared with Spooky upon access.

However, depending on the information You wish to have modified, updated or deleted, Spooky reserves the right to terminate Your license with Spooky to use the game, or establish You as a new and different user of the game.

In the event You no longer wish to have any of Your information used with the game, Spooky may nonetheless retain Your information indefinitely in archives for legal and accounting purposes. Additionally, Spooky may not have the ability to delete information posted to a public forum, in which case We will let You know if We are unable to do so and why. Additionally, You should take measures to help prevent unauthorized access, such as selecting passwords that are difficult to hack, changing Your password on a regular basis, and signing off upon the conclusion of Your game session. However, there are no means to ensure complete security of Your information and, despite Spooky's efforts, Spooky cannot guarantee and does not assume liability for unauthorized access.

POLICY UPDATES

Spooky reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revision date of each update shall be noticeably displayed on the front page of the policy.
